Our full spectrum hemp oil is extracted using a cold ethanol extraction method, in order to produce the purest oil. Cold extraction uses less energy than other methods and optimizes the extraction of essential cannabinoids.

Our full spectrum hemp oil contains a whole host of cannabinoids, including CBD, CBG, CBN, terpenes and other beneficial compounds only available in "full spectrum" oils. These oils use the whole plant, and encourage an "entourage effect" for more effective & synergistic results. 

MCT stands for "medium-chain triglyceride," referring to the medium-length chains of triglyceride fatty acids, which are easier to digest than longer chained fatty acids found in many other foods. We use certified organic coconut MCT oil, as coconut oil is naturally high is MCTs (around 50%).

MCT oil creates a healthy base for our full spectrum hemp tinctures, and provides a nice neutral flavor. In addition, MCT oil has a host of potential health benefits, including improved energy, weight loss and athletic recovery. 

Monk fruit, also known as lo han guo or Swingle fruit (Siraitia grosvenorii) is a small round fruit. Monk fruit sweetener is made by removing the seeds and skin of the monk fruit and then pressing the fruit to collect the juice, which then can be dried as a powder. The sweetener is naturally calorie free, due to its chemical makeup of mogrosides, which are metabolized differently than regular sugars.

Monk fruit sweetener is 150-200 times sweeter than sugar, so we only have to use a small amount in our hemp tinctures. We personally like the taste better compared to other natural sugar alternatives, like Stevia. Let us know what you think!

Sunflower lecithin comes from natural gum from a sunflower plant. The gum is processed through a cold press system similar to pressing olive oil. We use certified organic sunflower lecithin as a soy lecithin alternative, as much of the soy available is genetically modified and more highly processed. The sunflower lecithin helps to emulsify our full spectrum hemp tinctures for an enjoyable consistency and flavor. 

We use only 100% pure and certified organic essential oils in our full spectrum hemp tinctures to add natural flavor free from additives and chemicals. We choose to use pure & organic essential oils rather than "natural flavorings" which are loosely regulated and often can include preservatives and solvents.
